Job Description
Servicing high-profile clients requires attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supervising a team of cleaners on site to ensure all schedules are planned and executed correctly in line with site needs and requirements.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the client site.
* Coordinating with the operations team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
* Monitoring stock levels of inventory and reporting discrepancies to the site administrator.
* Managing payroll and personnel records for establishment staff.
* Recruiting, training, and appraising staff to promote good employee relations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a supervisory or management position within the cleaning industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
