Growth and Transformation
Uniphar is undertaking an ambitious multi-year transformation project. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an SAP Materials Management Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and help transform P2P processes using systems such as Procure to Pay (P2P).
This Hybrid role will be based in our new Greenogue office, potentially involving travel to various facilities depending on projects and requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Represent and deliver SAP P2P/MM expertise in Group technology initiatives/projects, e.g., S/4HANA implementation.
* Actively participate in workshops.
* Support and optimise business value from P2P processes.
* Design, implement, maintain and optimise software functionality.
* Gather business information and translate requirements/processes into IT solutions.
* Translate business requirements into functional design.
* Develop, test, document, deliver and optimise SAP applications.
* Provide functional or technical support for application users, monitoring usage and guiding optimal work practices.
* Demonstrate, train and guide testing activities, transferring knowledge to the community.
* Liaise with other Application Specialists regarding cross-application processes.
* Liaise with software vendors, technical specialists and business key users.
* Be flexible to travel or work shift patterns to support the business.
* Contribute to and review Configuration Rationale documents.
* Participate in and deliver sprint demos.
* Identify and support end-to-end test scenario definition.
* Participate in and support functional acceptance/system integration testing.
* Support Data Migration activities related to SAP MM deliverables.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
* Degree in Business administration, computer science or equivalent.
* SAP MM certification(s).
* S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of P2P processes.
* Understanding of business processes and translation into IT architecture.
* Knowledge or interest in Agile- and scrum-development methods, as well as project management.
* Experience working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organisation is advantageous.
* Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
