The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team as a Wind O&M Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day running of operations, supporting our team to deliver safe, compliant, professional, and cost-effective services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to daily requests from site technicians, prioritizing issues, and escalating as needed;
* Monitoring compliance with maintenance schedules and reports, ensuring high-quality documentation for completed maintenance tasks;
* Compiling summaries of maintenance work, collating photographs, and drafting insights for monthly client reporting;
* Stock management and procurement of materials, leading improvements to increase quality and efficiency;
* Supporting technicians with holiday requests, booking hotels for work travel, and administering equipment warranty claims;
* Maintaining a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other quality management tools;
* Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for chargeable items;
* Helping organize team meetings and annual events;
* Supporting monthly and annual reporting tasks;
* Analyzing maintenance KPIs and highlighting trends and anomalies;
* Raising and closing job work orders and purchase orders;
* Ordering materials for small defect rectification and obtaining quotations from suppliers;
* Efficiently programming engineers and managing work programmes.
What We Need From You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in a coordination or administration role. You should be able to demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
A Business Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential.
