Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and lead focus on improved productivity levels by communicating with customers.
* Ensure clients' quality and service level targets are met, along with site and statutory imposed standards.
* Plan, manage, and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements and changes requested by customers.
* Comply with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety, and quality.
* Deal with daily operational issues in a proactive, efficient, and timely manner, specifically those relating to quality and service.
* Deliver team member performance reviews and regular feedback on work rate, performance, attitude, and development.
* Manage absence, grievances, and disciplinary issues in line with HR policy and in consultation with the HRBP.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Minimum 12 months experience in team management.
* At least 2 years in a Shared User FMCG/Retail Warehouse/pick and pack/IQC environment.
* Experience in reverse logistics environment preferred.
* Knowledge of customers' operating systems and reports, preferably Blue Yonder/JDA but full training will be given.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
