Job Purpose Summary
CMS Distribution is one of Europe's leading technology distributors of products from top global brands in emerging categories. The company serves a wide range of global vendors and customers with a growing and successful business across multiple locations within the AMR, EMEA, and JAPAC regions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support and assist Vendor Managers in managing groups of vendors and enhancing working relationships with customers.
* Understand various systems, including SAP, QlikView, and Box, to ensure effective management of vendor and customer service level requirements.
* Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process, completing CMS and customer setup forms, and ensuring correct product creation in SAP via tools like Winshuttle.
* Maintain product master data in relevant CMS systems, update product status, and load customer-specific cost and sales pricing within SAP.
* Process price protection claims, manage vendor rebates, and monitor Teamwork Desk business inquiries.
* Proactively communicate with customers and vendors regarding delivery dates, provide solutions, and adhere to internal processes and timelines.
