Objective of the Role

Above all, we are looking for a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively to get things done. This role is Louth based at our premises; full-time. While primarily a digital role, there will be a requirement to perform additional administrative tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reception/Front of house duties, Customer experience lead
2. Record all customer contacts in CRM (Hubspot Professional)
3. Create and manage social media content, as well as content considering other marketing channels, e.g., blogs, website content, etc.
4. Proficiency in capturing, editing, and producing video and photography content for social channels is a huge advantage
5. Manage and moderate the reputation of O’Connors of Drumleck across all platforms
6. Knowledge of WordPress in order to update the company websites while maintaining continuity of design themes and SEO management
7. Writing and proofreading content
8. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs product suites preferred
9. Knowledge of any design suites and video editing tools is an advantage
10. Continuously strive to improve customer experience
11. Represent the Brand at trade shows and social events

Experience:
1. Digital Marketing Graduate or 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
2. Strong personal social media channel can be used as a portfolio or reference
3. Driving licence is preferred but not essential
Job Type
1. Full-time, permanent (Monday – Friday, 39 hours); occasional work outside of standard hours may be needed to facilitate weekend or onsite showroom event attendance
2. Starting Salary: €28000 per year + discretionary performance bonus based on Leed quality and volume increase.
