Main Purpose of the Job:
The management and implementation of the Hotel Annual Sales and Marketing strategy for the Hilton Dublin Hotel.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for achieving property revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
* Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to proactive sales and marketing functions.
* Builds long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve hotel sales objectives.
Sales Growth:
* Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies for growth.
* Manages own portfolio of accounts in Corporate, MICE, Business groups, Airlines, Agent, Tour Operator, and Leisure segments.
* Secures new corporate and leisure business within budgetary requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Budgeted room sales in key segments: corporate/corporate group/consortia/conference in house/ad hoc tour series and tour series/Airline etc.
* Budgeted M&E sales with focus on food and beverage sales and yielding room hire rates.
Marketing and PR:
* Promotes the hotel's brand identity in all markets through online and offline marketing initiatives.
* Tracks return on investment vs KPIs and amends activity to meet hotels' budgetary objectives.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role in the hotel sector.
* Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
