We are looking for a visionary and strategic Senior Manager of SalesTransformation to oversee the expansion of our busines.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the flooring industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving transformation and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our flooring offerings.
Lead and manage the transformation process across all branches.
Achieve sales targets and monitor performance across all branches.
Supervise and manage personnel, including scheduling and rostering for all branches.
Strategically oversee the presentation and merchandising of products, ensuring optimal shop layout and effective POS all showrooms are well stocked and presented with the core product lines.
Be the key decision-maker in product purchasing, identifying new product lines, and evaluating the performance of existing lines.
Empower the sales team to be experts in sales advice for flooring solutions, enabling them to provide accurate and cost effiecient meaasure, planning and complete requirements for residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation techniques.
