Purpose of the Role:
To act as the day-to-day manager and delivery lead for client services, including reception, catering, events, and concierge. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while providing a world-class service at all times.
Candidate Overview
* Educated to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of Receptionist experience preferred.
* Familiarity with booking systems, preferably Condeco.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Experience working in an office environment within professional services.
* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently under pressure.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Able to identify health and safety risks.
