The Job
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this role is a key part of the shared services accounts team, focusing on supporting back-office finance duties and accounts processing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Matching and processing invoices
2. Investigating variances and potential issues in accounts reports
3. Resolving queries
4. Ensuring accurate submission of AP payments
5. Updating supplier account information
6. Assisting accountants with monthly close processes
7. Supporting team projects
Your Skills and Experience
* 3rd level degree in business studies, accounting, or a relevant discipline
* At least 2 years experience in accounts, banking, or financial administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of seniority
* Own car and full/clean driving license (preferred)
The Offer
This permanent role offers a salary range from €30,000 to €34,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Initial training and onboarding are fully in-office.
