**Sustainability Consultant Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sustainability Consultancy Team as a key member of PM Group's world-leading multi-discipline team.
The successful candidate will work on innovative and challenging projects with industry experts, collaborating closely with colleagues to drive sustainability initiatives forward.

The role can be based in one of our European operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Responsible for the Commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical, and Building Envelope systems with a particular focus on commissioning requirements to support LEED Certification of multiple LEED projects across various LEED rating systems.
* Review Owner Project Requirements (OPR's) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet intended requirements and verify that program goals are properly included in design documents.
* Prepare Commissioning Specifications and design and construction phase Commissioning Plans.
* Facilitate commissioning meetings.
* Review submittals, start-up sheets, RFIs, and change orders for commissioned equipment and systems.
* Prepare Functional Performance Test procedures, review TAB process, and final TAB reports.
* Prepare Final Reports and Systems Manuals to provide a comprehensive project summary to the Owner.
* Support the growth of our team and assist with preparing proposals for new and existing clients.
* Perform field visits to observe installation of commissioned systems and prepare field reports.
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Other responsibilities may include:
* Leading/supporting commissioning to meet BREEAM certification requirements.
* Supporting Design Teams with technical aspects of NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design & commissioning strategies.
* Working with design, construction, and commissioning teams to foster understanding of current and proposed Sustainability-related legislation.
* Developing and managing client relationships (internally and externally).
* Providing aftercare support on completed projects.
**Requirements**
* Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture/Engineering/Environmental/Sustainability or related subject.
* LEED GA or AP BD&C / ID+C and/or BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP desirable.
* Licensed Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) preferable.
* ASHRAE's Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP), ACG's Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), or BCA's Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) certifications advantageous.
* 5+ years' experience as a commissioning/energy systems consultant or related position.
* Commissioning process experience on at least 5 building projects, preferably in the industrial sector.
* Ability to travel to work-sites as needed or required.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Project engineering/management skills, including decision making, problem solving, planning, organization, leadership, and team building skills.
