PE Global is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a temp 3-month contract with our food manufacturing client based in Bournville, Birmingham.
The Temp Administrative Assistant plays a role in supporting a HR leader.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Work with two Directors and other departments to manage, collate, analyze, and report department-specific data using Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Provide meeting management support by coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring all resources are prepared.
3. Support project management efforts by documenting deliverables, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication throughout the project team.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of HR Administrative Assistant/Support experience in a global enterprise environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Intermediate project coordination experience.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, project management, and meeting coordination.
5. High attention to detail, organization, and process in executing administrative activities.
6. Excellent computer skills, strong database management, and spreadsheet skills.
