Scope Assist in implementing revenue management operations alongside the Revenue Manager, procedures, and best practices.
Identify revenue opportunities for the hotel.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the hotel.
Embed a revenue management culture in the hotel.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservations/revenue management within the hotel industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management software.

Main Duties:
Assist with revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
Assisting revenue manager with daily tasks and developing and training the team alongside the Reservations manager.
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends for the hotel.
Assist with creating and developing pricing strategies for the hotel.
Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
Assist with assessing, analyzing, and pricing group business strategies Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity, for the hotel.
Ensure website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional, for the hotel to include hotel website.
Ensure personnel are fully competent in the use of all systems in the hotel.
Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
Regularly check the input and the quality of data points.
Responsible for best practice standards to include competitor analysis; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc) Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business.
Assist with outline for and support the annual revenue budget process for the hotel.
Responsible for recruitment / training / writing of SOPs / coaching / performance management and appraisals of reservations team along with Reservations Manager.
Any other reasonable requests made by management.
