Operations Compliance Monitoring Auditor - Permanent Position in Dublin, Copenhagen or Luton Mon-Fri Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home) CAE Parc Aviation is the global leader in the provision of aviation personnel and support services. On behalf of our client, we are actively sourcing for an experienced Operations Compliance Monitoring Auditor.
The RoleThe Compliance Monitoring Department is an independent department within our client's organisation. Responsible for monitoring the organisation for continued compliance with the required regulations, standards, and approved company procedures. Reporting to the Operations Compliance Monitoring Manager, the successful candidate will have a key role within a department at the heart of safety assurance within the organisation.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerformance of Internal & External audits and inspections (Management System / Flight Operations / ATO & CCTO / Training / Ground Operations / Security) in compliance with the annual audit program.Performance of IOSA Internal Audits in compliance with the IOSA Registration Renewal.Liaise with internal departments as required.Liaise with national authorities on operational matters.Review and assess changes in legislation (EASA and IOSA).Preparation of various reports for management.In conjunction with the Safety Manager conduct risk assessments as required.Participate in external audits as required (Regulatory, IOSA and ACMI customer).Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications / Skills / CompetenciesAt least 3 years relevant work experience in the aeronautical industry.Aeronautical or Aviation degree or equivalent Professional Qualification and experience related to the role.Completion of recognised formal 'Internal' or 'Lead' auditor training an advantage.Knowledge of EASA Air Ops and Aircrew regulations and IOSA standards.Working knowledge of Safety Management Systems.Knowledge of the internal processes and procedures of the organisation.Strong drive in promoting a compliance and safety culture.Good judgement on the impact of deficiencies.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.Possess personal integrity and objectivity.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks & projects simultaneously.Proficient in report writing.Numerate and IT literate.Fluent in English.Willingness to travel.Benefits:Parking: FreeDublin Airport Central - staff concessions for food and beveragePensionLeisure Travel concessions available after 6 months employmentEmployee Assistance ProgramDeath in Service
