Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing to offer.
* Building Talent Pools to ensure future needs of the company.
* Manage stakeholders and partner with hiring managers to ascertain needs.
* Conduct interviews over phone, video, and in-person with candidates.
* Support and promote employer branding initiatives.
* Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the German-speaking job market.
* Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management.
Requirements:
* Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills.
* Strong proficiency in English.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good experience in sourcing through various channels.
* Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
* Stakeholder Management.
* Organisational Skills.
* Cultural awareness of nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.
Working Conditions:
* Contract type: Permanent, full-time.
* Location: Dublin, hybrid.
* Salary: €35,000 per annum + Commission.
