Our Client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the motor industry to join our team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Key Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in the motor industry, ideally in a service advisor role or a customer-facing automotive position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a simple and understandable way.
Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work closely with workshop technicians and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with automotive dealership management systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose customer issues and suggest appropriate solutions.
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
