You will act as the key contact point for the Portfolio Management team and will have oversight of a number of portfolios from an operational point of view. You will be expected to work with a high level of accuracy to deliver high quality support to the business each and every single day.Primary Responsibilities include:Processing payment expenses including ongoing reportingPreparation of Vat returnsRecording, allocation and reconciliation of rent and other income for the property fundsCash Forecasting, Exposure monitoring, Verification of Fund ValuationsInvestigating and resolving queries from 3rd parties and Portfolio ManagersApply understanding of complex internal structures and context surrounding information being processed to perform daily activitiesRespond to and resolve complex issues on a case by case basis in a timely manner following established operating proceduresParticipate in team projects as requested by managementDevelop and implement new initiatives and assist with process re-engineering and system integrationsEnsure team is achieving accuracy and meeting pre-determined deadlines to meet internal and external standardsMaintain working knowledge of overall process operating model and assist with deployment of operational changesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years in financial servicesWork experience or demonstrated ability for strong time management capabilitiesAbility to work in a complex, global, fast-paced environment and deliver solid action-oriented results quickly in a Hybrid Work EnvironmentTeam player able to work effectively at all levels of an organizationExcellent collaborative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong problem resolution and analytical skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
