Haleon is recruiting for a HR administrator to assist and support all administrative areas of the human resource function across all sectors of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment – TA / On-boarding and Induction
* Be the point of contact on behalf of the HR Team with the TA team.
* Provide HR Induction to new joiners, as per schedule.
* Assist the probation process, ensuring Managers know when review meetings need to take place.
* Assist with Early Talent process.
Payroll
* Liaise with Payroll on general queries, escalate to HRBP as required.
* Ensure HR policy and procedures remain up to date and accessible to the wider business via central HR folders.
* Direct Employees and Leaders to the relevant HR policies and procedures upon enquiry.
HR Database and Reporting
* Be a point of contact for general queries on Workday HR system.
* Ensure the Workday Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes ensuring new joiners and leavers information are inputted correctly, contractual changes are accurately entered.
* Assist with providing accurate data reports from Workday & payroll as requested.
* Assist managers in annual database cleansing/preparing for the next year, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Advice and Guidance
* Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the HR Business Partner and/or Site HR Lead.
* Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinaries and grievances undertaking such tasks as may be required.
HR Administration
* Support the full employee life cycle.
* Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example, responding to queries, devising standard Human Resource documents and letters.
* Respond to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff, direct to appropriate ticket.
* Maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties.
* Review and keep up to date the HR Induction pack.
HR Projects
* Contribute to HR projects as requested by the HR Team.
Required Skills Sets & Experience:
* A 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
* Highly motivated with ability to manage workload and achieve targets within deadlines.
* Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and excellent communications skills.
* Flexible approach with ability to take on tasks as required.
