Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately in the CRM system.
* Track and manage order status for timely delivery, installation, and invoicing.
Customer Relationship Management
* Assist account managers with customer accounts.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Manage software subscriptions on behalf of our clients.
* Prepare and distribute sales quotes and proposals.
* Ensure accurate sales documentation.
Reporting and Analysis
* Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
* Provide sales performance data for strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
* Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Training & Onboarding
* SUPPORT THE ONBOARDING PROCESS FOR NEW SALES TEAM MEMBERS.
* PROVIDE TRAINING ON SALES TOOLS, SYSTEMS, AND BEST PRACTICES.
Customer Feedback
* Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
* Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in a Sales Support role is desirable, particularly in the IT Industry.
