Job Details
The candidate must have previous experience working in a busy kitchen. This is a full-time 39-hour contract.
Responsibilities
1. Food ordering.
2. Menu engineering.
3. Food costing.
4. Maintenance of all health and safety standards and helping the head chef control all financial goals set by the General Manager.
5. Work well within a large team.
6. Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation.
7. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
8. Follow all setup and close down procedures.
9. Control cost and minimize waste.
10. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

1. Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable.
2. Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a positive attitude.
3. Approachable with excellent people skills.
4. High level of initiative.

Salary
30K annually.
