* Review escalated customer queries or complaints, taking prompt action to resolve matters and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
* Accurately process fines and penalties on time, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption to customers.
* Organise purchase orders for invoices, providing essential administrative support.
* Deliver training to dealership staff on mobility services and communicate key updates to the service, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Log technical issues with suppliers, resolving problems efficiently and minimizing downtime.
* Monitor customer reviews and respond promptly to online queries, showcasing a commitment to customer-centricity.
* Analyse customer support reports to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Log company expenses accurately on the relevant platform, maintaining transparency and accountability.
* Process outstanding payments swiftly, ensuring financial stability and customer trust.
* Prepare comprehensive vehicle condition reports for vehicles removed from the fleet, supporting informed decision-making.
* Pursue general administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
