Brand Ambassador - Suntory Global Spirits

YOU
As our Brand Ambassador, you will be in a Gemba/customer focused role developing and leading the Suntory Global Spirits & Licences Wholesale, specialist off-licence, and On-trade key accounts to deliver our business objectives. You will have experience in the spirits and liquids business in Ireland, primarily in Dublin. You will deliver on SGSI business Push & Pull objectives for alcohol and soft drinks with specific emphasis on sales and profit growth targets, KPI targets, channel priorities, developing people and collaborative working relationships, strategic development and SGS/SBFI market share objectives.
YOUR ROLE
* Deliver outstanding results in conjunction with the Sales Director, Commercial Controller, and SGS Brand team.
* Develop key contacts and collaborative relationships within Licensed Trade key accounts, including Trade Associations and Licensed Wholesalers.
* Understand customer trading and specific category strategies and build this understanding into all customer engagement, trading and activation plans.
* Collaborate with the Supply Demand Planning Dept to deliver commercial forecasts for relevant Wholesalers and Key Accounts.
* Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop specific channel plans with priority & NPD Brands.
* Share wins/challenges/opportunities with the wider commercial team through monthly meeting forums.
* Manage internal communication with key stakeholders within SBFI, ensuring feedback is shared promptly and efficiently.
* Engage with the wider SGS global team to deliver a winning and collaborative portfolio strategy.
* Manage relationships with key influencers within Licensed Trade key accounts such as bar managers and mixologists.
* Support the CBM team in the off-trade channel with product knowledge & category insight.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Educated to degree level ideally (but not essential) in Business, Marketing, or Business Studies.
* A few years’ experience in the alcohol industry in Sales / Account Management/ Brand Ambassador roles.
* Expertise in premium spirits liquid is a key requirement.
* Ability to influence stakeholders at both a Trade and Internal level.
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Planning and Organising: Monthly and Quarterly Customer Activation Plans.
* Analytical Skills to manage and interpret KPI/Performance and Market Data.
* Problem-solving skills with effective solutions.
* IT Literate and comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital Social media platforms including Analytics.
