The National Lead Overall Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional care within your assigned region.
This role is pivotal to our success, offering you the opportunity to lead, inspire, and grow a team of carers while driving business expansion and service excellence.
As the Home Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable provision of care services.
You will be the key point of contact for your team and service users, responsible for maintaining high standards of care and fostering strong relationships.
Your role is central to the success of your region, encompassing growth, team development, and the continuous improvement of services.
The Home Services Manager will lead the delivery and development of all Home Support Services in (Area - Sligo/Cavan/Monaghan) ensuring the safety of the cared for persons and the Organisation's staff at all times.
The Home Services Manager is expected to increase the home support hours delivered in their designated area.
The Home Services Manager will work closely within a nationwide network of other Home Service Managers and support national initiatives where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Social Care qualification is essential.
Min 3 years management experience in a healthcare or homecare setting Experience in managing a diverse workload and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience/qualification in working with diverse groups of people. Fluent in the English language. Strong people-management skills, with an ability to work well with others.
Strong administrative skills are essential tied with an ability to manage set budgets and ensure a smooth delivery of supports throughout the designated area.
Be an excellent communicator, flexible in attitude and approach to the job. A willingness to learn and a desire to implement a culture of continuous improvement within their team. A willingness to help out other colleagues. A strong work ethic is essential. Willingness to travel and do some evening work when required. Full drivers' licence with access to transport.
