Company Overview:
Our client is a leading construction company specializing in large-scale, mission-critical projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, and infrastructure sectors across Ireland and Europe. They are currently seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design process and ensure the successful delivery of roofing and cladding projects.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the design process for roofing and cladding projects.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to new hires.
* Review and approve designs for accuracy, compliance, and aesthetic appeal.
* Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring projects remain on track.
* Collaborate with other departments, including package managers and site team, for seamless project execution.
* Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the project execution plan.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in design management for roofing or general construction projects.
* Strong proficiency in architectural design software, particularly Revit, AutoCad, NavisWorks, and other BIM tools.
* Relevant third level qualification in Engineering, Architecture or similar field.
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
