Are you a skilled HR leader with deep expertise in colleague relations, compliance, and employment law? Our client is looking for a Director of Colleague Relations to oversee our EMEA region. In this role, you will report to the VP of Colleague Success Operations and lead a dedicated team to support managers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure regulatory compliance and minimize legal risks across EMEA regions.
* Lead and guide investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
* Coach managers and leaders on employment-related issues, ensuring fair treatment of all colleagues.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, and HR to align company strategies.
* Manage external compliance vendors and oversee audits and policy updates.
* Simplify processes and improve the overall colleague experience.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employment Law, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in employee relations with proven leadership skills.
* Expertise in regional employment legislation and compliance.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
