Role Overview Our client, a well-respected Irish owned Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy in Dublin is seeking a motivated Administrator with experience in engineering or construction to join their team.
This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the consultancys office.
The role The ideal Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering teams.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communications.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
As an administrator, you will assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
Key Requirements Relevant experience as an Administrator in engineering, construction, or legal sectors.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with engineering or construction terminology is advantageous.
