Job Description
We are seeking an Inbound Customer Care Agent to join our client's team. As the first point of contact for current and potential customers, you will provide top-notch support via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner over the phone or via email.
* Provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Process payments, manage invoice and statement queries, and escalate as required.
* Identify and seize opportunities to upsell, maximizing sales.
* Translate and proofread orders received, utilizing your language skills.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Finnish is a must.
* Previous experience in customer service is desirable, but full coaching and support will be provided.
