This 12-month contract role, based in our Dublin office, offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. You will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential files and records. Your excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail will be crucial as you handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prepare reports, draft correspondence, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, friendly, and thrives on being proactive. You will need to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
We offer hybrid working arrangements, with flexibility in office days to align with the CEO's schedule. This role requires a high level of trust and reliability, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within Royal London Ireland.
About the role
Organise and manage meetings (internal and external).
Make travel arrangements for Ireland CEO and team as required.
Efficient and proactive management of CEO’s diary - making best use of their time taking into account meeting preparation and paper review slots.
Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings.
Act as key point of contact for CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Take ownership of communications in the absence of the CEO using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team.
Support the wider Leadership Team with booking meetings/diary managements as required.
Minute-taking at meetings.
About you
IT literate with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of content management tools.
Previous PA experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
