We are looking for a highly energetic and focused business development intern to join our team. You will be working closely with the manager to find and qualify leads to follow up with, help create marketing literature, and be involved in the complete sales life cycle.

This internship is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
* Contact potential clients via phone and emails.
* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services.
* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
* Support to qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
* Assist with proposal creation and peer review.
* Assist in maintaining and updating sales materials as needed.
* Assist in managing CRM (Hubspot) and contacts databases.
* Assist with social media development.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
* Follow up and qualify on all telephone sales inquiries and web leads within 24 hours.
* Motivated to contribute to company growth.
* Other responsibilities as determined by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
* Eligible majors: Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Human Resources, International Business, or a related field.
* Strong software skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote).
* High energy level and out-going personality with professional work ethic.
* Comfortable with a startup work environment.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to take on leadership positions if necessary, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
