Your new company is a dynamic and innovative organization based in Donegal, Ireland. Due to ongoing expansion and growth, we require a skilled Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to support our Company Accountant.
Your New Role
You will play a key role supporting the finance department, with duties including:
* Posting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing subcontractor payments and RCT returns
* Processing monthly returns
* Processing employee payroll and general office administration duties
Requirements for Success
To excel in this position, you will need:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An enthusiastic and motivated attitude
* The ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet work deadlines
* Experience using Sage and Microsoft Office
* A background in the construction industry would be advantageous
