HR Administrator

**Job Profile:**
We seek an experienced candidate who shares our passion for recruitment and talent management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of employment law, understand our organisation culture, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to Craddock Nursing Home.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and records in compliance with relevant regulations.
Recruit and onboard new staff members, including advertising, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain key talent.
Manage absenteeism, training compliance, and new hires, reporting on these metrics as necessary.
Support employee relations and performance management processes.
Update and input employee data into the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
Previous experience in a HR role within the Healthcare Sector is desired.
Experience in both domestic and international recruitment is a distinct advantage.
A relevant HR Qualification or business-related discipline is required.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is essential.
Experience using a HRIS system is necessary.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
