Job Description: They are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers or Graduate Project Managers to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, supporting senior project managers and gaining valuable industry experience. You should have a construction-related degree alongside strong interpersonal skills and a desire to formulate and grow a career in Construction Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
4. Support the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
7. Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Previous experience or internships in project management or construction is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project) is an advantage.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
