Early Years Educator & Quality Lead
Location: Dolphin House Early Years Service, South Inner City, Dublin
Contract: Part-time (9am – 1pm)

Dolphin House Early Years Service, overseen by Rialto Development Association, is a community-based early years setting committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive education for children in a supportive, play-based environment.
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator & Quality Lead to drive curriculum development and quality assurance in our setting. This role focuses on enhancing early learning experiences, supporting educators, and ensuring best practices in line with Aistear & Síolta frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and implement a high-quality early years curriculum
2. Support children’s learning, engagement, and development in classrooms and on outings
3. Ensure compliance with Tusla and Early Years Regulations
4. Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies
5. Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum QQI Level 7 in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent)
2. At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting, with a focus on curriculum and quality development
3. Strong knowledge of Aistear & Síolta and how to apply them in daily practice
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Desirable:
1. Experience working with neurodivergent children and developing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
2. First Aid, Child Protection, or Manual Handling training (or willingness to complete)
3. Understanding of the challenges faced by families in disadvantaged areas
