Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to integrate capability development into talent management processes, managing the organization's IT talents and skills requirements, and developing a group-wide workforce planning strategy.
* Staying informed about industry trends and best practices related to capability management and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with senior leadership to integrate capability development into talent management processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
* Managing and maintaining the organization's roadmap of IT talents, trends, and skills requirements based on current and future group strategies.
* Having 5+ years' experience in the tech sector.
* Advanced data analysis and presentation skills.
* Workforce planning, defining, and developing a group-wide strategy.
* Background in organization design, talent management.
