We are currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team in Dublin.

Today, Clio has customers in over 130 countries. Although Clio’s EMEA headquarters is in Dublin where the team is currently 50 strong, including 7 in marketing, there is significant growth potential across EMEA. We’re only scratching the surface and have ambitious growth targets. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets around the world. Our work has an immediate and meaningful impact, and we have best-in class technology, large budgets, and an outstanding team to support us. You will be supported by a talented group of high-performing product marketers, seasoned in SaaS and driven by collective success based in NA. With the support of a global family, you will set the bar for best-in-class marketing practices and use them to maintain our position as the leader in legal practice management in EMEA.
Who you are:
You are a results-driven marketer who can craft and execute on customer-centric marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and utilisation. You have a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can communicate complex products in a compelling and impactful way.
You are a self-motivated problem solver with a high sense of ownership. You are a strategic thinker and you create marketing plans that are grounded in data. You are known for your strong communication and collaboration skills and are energised by working cross-functionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame.
What you’ll work on:
1. Lead the go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolios.
2. Partner with your product team counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring new features and products to market.
3. Work closely with product marketing teams in North America to share best practice, key learnings and build the roadmap for EMEA.
4. Work with the marketing team to localise messaging and releases for EMEA markets.
5. Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits through positioning.
6. Create stand-out product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace.
7. Be the voice of our product and represent Clio as a product expert at industry events.
8. Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption.
9. Speak to and with our customers to gain new perspective and feedback on our products.
10. Collaborate with customer insights, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to develop market research.
11. Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
12. Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to fuel the creation, testing, and implementation of initiatives for EMEA products.
13. Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of product-line performance metrics.
14. Engage with our customers to gain new perspective and feedback on our products and become the voice of the customer internally.
15. Own the competitor intelligence programme for EMEA.
What you bring:
1. You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
2. You use your strong writing skills to tell compelling stories.
3. You’re adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform your recommendations.
4. You have the ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, and design effective tactical approaches.
5. You have a habit of uncovering opportunities and predicting outcomes.
6. You’re methodical in your approach to structuring work.
7. You’re energised by making things happen.
8. You enjoy working together with your team and cross-functionally.
9. You have a habit of thinking outside the box in your marketing approaches.
10. You’re naturally curious, resourceful, and motivated.
Serious bonus points if you:
1. Have experience in B2B SaaS.
2. Have legal industry knowledge and/or experience.
3. Are familiar with Asana, Salesforce, Looker, and Dreamdata.

The full salary range for this role is €81,100 to €95,400 to €109,700 EUR.
We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
