Customer Service Agent Role
We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our Ground Operations Team at Dublin Airport as Customer Service Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist passengers at the check-in and bag drop area.
* Process baggage and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
* Provide reservations, ticketing, and boarding services for flights.
* Offer passenger assistance, handle customer complaints, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Unrestricted right to live and work full-time in the EU.
* Pass a 5-year security background check for an Airport ID, providing documentation for address history, employment, education, and gap references.
* Previous customer-facing experience is desirable but not required.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal/written).
* Adhere to Ryanair's Grooming Policy and work a shift-based roster with varying start and finish times.
