Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and Governance:
* Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules.
* Manage budgets to stay within constraints.
* Ensure quality through control processes and monitoring deliverables.
* Manage scope, requirements, and changes to minimize disruptions.
* Set a clear vision and goals.
2. Delivering Through People:
* Assign tasks and optimize resources.
* Facilitate stakeholder communication.
* Build a cohesive team aligned with project goals.
3. Project Delivery:
* Identify and mitigate risks.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
* Manage procurement needs and vendor relationships.

* Qualifications:
o Proven track record of project delivery using a project methodology and lifecycle – within a digital/omnichannel environment.
o Project management qualification.
o Proven track record of managing cross-functional resources.
o Proven record of interpersonal and communication skills, managing risk, and appropriate escalation.
o Confidence in collaborating and influencing stakeholders.
o Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
o Good business and commercial acumen.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
