What you'll do As a Commercial Sales Manager - France, you will identify new customers, creative ways to drive more businesses to purchase & utilise Docusign's diverse solution suite. This position is a people manager, reporting to the AVP of Commercial Sales.
Responsibilities Manage and lead a French Account Executive sales teamDevelop and execute upgrade and renewal processes and strategies, and ensure compliance to internal data management and reporting including use of Salesforce.comAssess sales activities and forecasts to determine sales progress and required improvementsRecommend and implement improvements to reach sales goalsCoach salespeople to develop their sales skills including vertical market management, forecasting, prospecting within account base, negotiations, and other necessary skills; while maintaining individual accountability to goalsMaintain and protect Docusign by hiring culturally aligned team members and leading by exampleContribute in complex negotiations and the closing of new business, including appropriate use of Senior Sales and Commercial Executives to enhance resultsWork with each AE to develop and implement vertical-wide business and sales plans to achieve sales quotaEnsure the team effectively uses sales tools and systems consistently and in alignment with Rules of EngagementCommunicate and prioritize product and business needs from the field to appropriate corporate departmentsIdentify and support opportunities for the training and professional development of your teamOperate well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
