Education & Skills Proven track record of working to strict timescalesThorough knowledge of building practicesExperience of internal finishes and M&E is desirable (Fitout and Finishes in hotels and residential projects)Experience of managing large scale projects would be an advantageJob Responsibilities Oversee operations on a day-to-day basisEnsure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor and track progressCoordinate and manage subcontractorsCarry out safety checks/AuditsKeep in close contact with members of the site team at all timesLiaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and plannersEnsure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirementsEnsure Quality standards are maintained at all times.As a Site Manager, you will have 8+ years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors: Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education.
