**Social Care Deputy Manager Mainstream Residential Contract**
A full-time permanent position requiring a 70/30 split between administrative work and shift duties, including sleepovers.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the Centre Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential home.
* To support a motivated team of staff in delivering exceptional care to young people residing in the house.
* To promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
* To take responsibility for the effective administration of the house with the Centre Manager.

Requirements:
* Degree in Applied Social Studies or a related field (Level 7 or 8).
* A minimum of three years' experience working in a social care setting with children and young people.
* Leadership experience, preferably in managing a team.
* Clean driving record and full license.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
