Electrical QA/QC Lead
The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin or Cork and will be responsible for leading the electrical quality assurance and control team on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) on site, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and coordinate project-specific quality plans, aligning with industry best practices and company policies.
* Design and execute a comprehensive Construction Quality Audit program, focusing on identifying areas for improvement and enhancing overall quality.
* Collaborate with contractors to develop Inspection and Test Plans for all works packages, guaranteeing compliance with approved standards.
* Manage quality benchmarking initiatives, ensuring that agreed-upon standards of workmanship are met before commencing each work package.
* Lead the project team in developing innovative solutions to enhance QA/QC attention and impact on the project.
* Provide training to project personnel on the project's QA/QC plan, promoting a culture of quality excellence.
* Attend QA/QC relevant project meetings to ensure timely submission, approval, and implementation of the QMS and project turnover documentation.
* Maintain oversight of construction quality on site, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Possess expertise and provide guidance on construction QA/QC for construction activities.
* Establish systems and procedures related to construction quality, ensuring seamless execution.
* Offer training and expertise in construction QA/QC, enhancing the skills of project team members.
* Work collaboratively with Construction Managers and the site QA/QC team to develop Continuous Improvement Programmes.
* Foster cross-site communication and experience sharing, driving best practices across projects.
Specific Requirements:
* Degree, Diploma, or craft qualification with additional Construction qualifications.
* Demonstrated experience in the construction industry.
* Proven capability in Construction Quality Management.
* Desirable: experience in Construction QA/QC across multiple engineering disciplines.
* Desirable: experience in the data centre industry.
