We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic Legal and Business Affairs team in the audiovisual sector. This position involves managing a significant portion of contracting for various projects.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Legal and Business Affairs and play a key role in ensuring the legal and business aspects of projects are effectively managed and delivered.
This is a 12 month temporary contract and a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. The office is based in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the contracting process for a variety of audiovisual production funding awards.
2. Work closely with the Head of Legal and Business Affairs and Project Managers to manage project schedules, queries, and complexities.
3. Monitor deliveries and track weekly payments across all projects.
4. Support effective legal and business workflows and processes.
5. Provide key assistance with strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Experience with audiovisual financing and legal frameworks.
2. Strong ability to manage large volumes of communication and documentation.
3. Experience drafting legal and commercial documents with varying complexities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
7. Commercial experience is an advantage.
