The Role
:
1. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and reports
2. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
3. Assist in the coordination of the annual audit with external auditors
4. Ensure all rental charges are recorded correctly
5. Process all accounts payable invoices in a timely manner
6. Assist in the preparation and review of statutory Financial Statements
Requirements
7. Bachelors or advanced degree in a relevant field (Business/Accounting/Finance)
8. ACA or ACCA part-qualified desirable
9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance team (Accounts payable/receivable or account assistant)
10. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with excellent excel skills
11. Seeks to improve work processes continually and find ideas for more effective ways of working
