Luminate Medical is on a mission to change the way we experience cancer care. We design and build products which revolutionise the patient experience of cancer treatment by eliminating the side effects of cancer treatment in a comfortable, portable and effective way. We’re currently building our flagship product Lily, a wearable medical device to reduce the hair loss caused by chemotherapy, and Lilac, our next-in-portfolio product to reduce peripheral nerve damage in chemotherapy patients.
We are looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to assist with the day-to-day running of the expanding business. Working closely with the Chief of Staff you will ensure the smooth running of the daily administrative tasks at our HQ in Galway.

What You Will Do:
Office Admin:
Meet & greet visitors, interview candidates & suppliers.
Diary management & Coordination; Organising and scheduling both internal and external meetings, interviews, staff meetings and events.
Managing emails and correspondence.
Monitoring timesheet compliance.
Assist in the onboarding of new hires e.g. organising onboarding documents, access cards and equipment.
Coordinate and maintain office common areas including monitoring and maintaining adequate stationary & kitchen supplies.
Point of contact for any office queries.
Support the coordination of office events.
Facilities:
Liaise with external contractors as for office related issues.
Liaise with IT, cleaning, waste management & building services as .

Experience Requirements – The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Experience:
1-5 years’ experience working in an administrative role in a professional office setting.
Skills:
Fluent in English.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint).
Experience Advantages – It Would Be Advantageous to Have:
Qualification: Qualification in a related field i.e. office management, events management.
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant.
