John Sisk & Son Ireland are delighted to be growing their team of expertly skilled commercial professionals with the addition of a Commercial Lead for our Data Centre division
As Commercial Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team as well as building and maintaining relationships, analysing and reporting on extensive data whilst ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
You will be:
1. Leading the commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge through training, development, and support.
2. Manage and support the commercial team - Liaise with RCD
3. Developing commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing Client and Team interface
4. Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise
5. Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise
6. Monitor and Manage the commercial health of the projects. Delta to remain 0 to positive
7. Prelims management
8. Attend on relevant meeting for updates, plans, and strategic decisions.(Internal/External)
9. Create, manage, implement Procedures and Guidelines for the Team to improve and enhance working practice
10. Supervising the preparation of Cost Plans for complex projects, using a range of cost planning techniques and software, managing the compilation of data to permit various analyses.
11. Preparing long term cash forecasts for complex projects, monitors results and interpret reasons for deviations, using established techniques to minimise outflow of cash and maximise inflow.
12. Identifying unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients
and employers.
You will have:
13. Completed a relevant third level qualification.
14. 12+ years’ experience in Commercial Management
15. Excellent communication, reporting, leadership, and relationship management experience
16. Experience reporting and analysing commercial data at a Tier 1 level.
