Food and Beverage/ Bar Supervisor
The Clayton Hotel Silver Springs has a fantastic new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in its excellent hotel.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B / Bar Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests, establishing strong relationships through personal interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet regular guests by name, demonstrating a genuine interest in their stay.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and wine options, enabling informed recommendations.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times, adhering to high standards of courtesy and professionalism.
* Upsell and maximise sales revenue opportunities whenever possible, driving business growth.
Requirements
* Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired, but not essential.
* A background in high-volume, fast-paced environments is highly valued.
* Fluent English and exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
* Micros Experience would be advantageous.
