About Us
CoinJar has been making cryptocurrency useful and accessible to our clients for over a decade. We established ourselves in Australia in 2013 and have since built a trusted platform where clients can buy, sell, spend, and trade cryptocurrency with intuitive tools.
We operate through local subsidiaries in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland (CoinJar Europe Limited). This requires us to build relationships with local regulators and obtain local licenses wherever we operate or plan to operate.
We are currently seeking a Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR) licence and are building out our EU team from Dublin.
