The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs
Strategy Development
4. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals
5. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategies are innovative and effective
Project Management
6. Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously.
7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
8. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
Presentation Skills
9. Create compelling presentations and pitch decks.
10. Confidently present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign results to clients
11. Lead client meetings and presentations with ease and professionalism
Team Leadership
12. Guide and mentor junior team members
13. Foster a collaborative work environment
14. Ensure smooth communication between different departments
Business Development
15. Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth
16. Participate in new business pitches
17. Contribute to the agency's overall growth strategy
Required Qualifications:
18. Proven experience as an Account Director in a creative agency setting (not a design agency)
19. Strong understanding of marketing principles and current industry trends
20. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key client accounts

22. Experience in creating and delivering compelling pitch decks
