Job Title: Receiving and Inventory Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a Receiving and Inventory Clerk at our Dublin facility.

Key Responsibilities
* Receiving Goods:
o Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
o Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all received goods.
* Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's systems.
o Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual stock audits.
o Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize disruptions.
* Coordination and Communication:
o Work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
o Support the resolution of delivery or inventory-related queries promptly.
* Health & Safety Compliance:
o Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
o Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
* A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin south. Standard working hours are 8am - 5pm, and the company operates on a hybrid working policy of 3 days on site and 2 from home.
