Recruiters are currently working with our client in their search for a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join their high-performing team in Dublin. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to their mission by delivering top-tier HR support and expert advice to a diverse client base. You'll play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of employment law and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement tailored HR solutions that align with best practices and legal requirements.
2. Provide expert HR support and advice to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.
3. Lead and manage complex workplace investigations, such as those involving Dignity at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance cases, and deliver tailored HR solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, conduct research on HR and legal developments, and deliver seminars and training workshops.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. At least 3 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of Employment Law, and a proven ability to offer practical, commercially-minded advice.
2. Strong communication, project management, and writing skills are essential, as is a proactive, can-do attitude.
3. This position requires nationwide travel; a full clean driving license and your own transport are necessary.
